All wooden candle bowl and tray orders are custom made to ensure you receive a fresh and pristine candle. We strive for a two day turnaround, so for example, orders placed on Monday will go out on Wednesday. In many cases orders will go out the next day. Orders ship via UPS Ground, which takes anywhere from 1-4 working days to deliver depending on which part of the country you are in. If you need your product by a specific date, please contact us and we will be happy to accommodate you if possible. We do ship international orders, and will inform you of shipping costs once the order is placed. We can ship via UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air. If you desire this method of shipping, note it in your order and will apply the extra charges to your bill.

At Himalayan Trading Post we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 15 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. For damaged and defective items we will also refund your shipping cost. To return an item, contact us via email or phone. We will send you a return label to return the product and send you out a replacement or issue a refund right away. If there is no one to receive your call, leave your name and number and you call will be returned promptly.
